Refund Policy

At FTP VITA, all purchases of our educational content, memberships, subscriptions, or services (“Services”) are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

No Refunds

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind.
• Lack of use or access.
• Dissatisfaction with the content.
• Failure to achieve desired results.

Digital Products & Access

• Because our Services consist of digital educational materials, access is granted immediately upon purchase. Once access is delivered, you lose the right to cancel or request a refund.

Subscriptions & Renewals

• If you subscribe to recurring Services, it is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before the next billing date. Payments already processed are non-refundable.

Exceptions

• Refunds will only be provided if required by applicable Texas law or if we are unable to deliver the purchased Service due to our own system error.
